Although he has spent most of his career as an improv performer and teacher, Shawn Patrello has also been a character actor in the Dallas area for over 30 years. Some of his most memorable roles include Ellard in The Foreigner at the Pocket Sandwich Theatre and Rick Steadman (the nerd) in The Nerd, also at the Pocket Sandwich Theatre. When he has the chance, he also likes to perform in musicals and thoroughly enjoyed having the opportunity to play Bazzard in The Mystery of Edwin Drood at Theatre 3.
